I have always loved dolphins and collected pictures, magnets and statues over the years. I proudly display them throughout the house including my bedroom and office.

Some time ago I bought a meditation CD about letting go of stress and finding inner peace. Every night I listen to it before drifting off to sleep. One of my favorite parts is where I am asked to imagine playing and swimming with beautiful, tame and very loving dolphins.

Recently I took a cruise to the Western Caribbean. This is when I got the opportunity to experience the fun and immense joy of playing and swimming with delightful dolphins. A female dolphin gave me a kiss and when I kissed her back she gently rolled over and offered her fins for a gloriously fun ride. It was awesome experience and one I will never forget!

Now when I drift off to sleep while listening to the meditation, I no longer need to imagine; I can relive the experience and be filled with joy.
